Frequently asked questions about the webinar:
We use the GoToWebinar software. If you have never participated in a GoToWebinar meeting, please test your connection in advance. You will receive all information after your registration. You will also receive a reminder email shortly before the webinar.
Questions are what make a webinar really exciting. However, as we have a limited time slot, we cannot answer questions live. Ask and submit your question in the chat. The question is for the organisers and speakers to see. We will answer every question after the webinar. So please do not be surprised if you do not receive an answer directly.
If you have no sound, please first make sure that your output device is correctly plugged in and activated. Also, the volume should be turned up. Another source of error is the mute function in Gotowebinar. Check that your headphones are neither muted nor any other output source is activated. Alternatively, you can also participate by telephone call. Information on this can be found in the GotoWebinar invitation.
